Since January 2008, volunteer homeowner representatives have directed the Association. As fellow homeowners, we share the same motivation to ensure that our investment in our homes is looked after while protecting and preserving the rights of all homeowners. The Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs) are meant to protect the rights of each individual while maintaining an agreeable limit of decorum to ensure that a neighbor's property values and way of life are not adversely affected.
The Board appreciates the opportunity to address any concerns you may have by giving us and/or CKM a chance to address them. There are lessons to be learned with every new challenge and we strive to learn and grow to help better meet the community’s expectations. The Board is determined to do its best and operate with the following core values to meet the goals and mission set forth to make this a great community.
DECKER OAKS ESTATES CORE VALUES AND KEYS TO SUCCESS
Integrity | We believe integrity is the foundation of our actions that drives our Association of which we are proud. |
Teamwork | We are committed to common goals and believe teamwork leverages our individual strengths. |
Learning | We believe a learning environment is the way to achieve the full potential of each individual. There are no failures, only lessons. |
Should you find the occasional need to bring up a violation to the management company, ask a question about the CCRs or maybe wish to compliment a homeowner or the Board of Directors on a job well done, please visit the Contact Us page. We look forward to hearing from you!
With Best Regards,
